I’m a freelance producer (Creative, Executive, Senior and Technical) specialising in complex live events, technical delivery, and on-site production management. I fit into the team where required without any ego.
I work where plans meet reality. Those jobs that you are not sure how to approach, multi-room conferences, tight schedules, high-stakes audiences, shifting content, imperfect venues, and too many moving parts. My job is to ensure that all of that works quietly, safely, and on time.
Over the years, I’ve led production and technical delivery across creative experiental events, large-scale conferences, corporate summits, and sports sponsorship events, often managing multiple rooms running in parallel while supporting the wider production team across the site. I’m comfortable owning rooms end-to-end, stepping in where pressure peaks, and making fast decisions when things change (because they always do).
I’m known for being calm under pressure, direct in communication, and practical in execution. I don’t overcomplicate things, and I don’t sugar-coat problems. If something isn’t going to work, I’ll say so early, propose solutions and fix it properly.
Alongside client work, I run long-term, self-funded production projects that push sustainability, power, and infrastructure design well beyond standard event environments. These projects have provided me with deep hands-on experience in off-grid power, temporary structures, logistics, and systems thinking, and they have strongly influenced how I approach live events: building robustly, planning for failure, and never relying on a single point of success.
I’m London/Europe-based, work internationally, and am typically brought in for roles that require trust, technical confidence, and clear thinking under pressure or extended stints abroad.
If you’re looking for someone who can manage complexity without drama, integrate cleanly into an existing team, and get the job done without noise, we’ll probably work well together.
