Full contact rugby union is played on a 30 x 30 metre floating pitch – where players have to dive into the water to score & can be tackled off the side.

Set in Sydney’s iconic Darling Harbour – the Aqua Rugby Festival was held over the 11-13 April 2024, featuring global rugby stars & a diverse range of invitational clubs.

My role as executive producer was to curate and produce the event in a new location. We developed new strategies to drive revenue, developed infrastructure suited to the new environment to ensure a safe & successful event.
