Xerocon

Xerocon is a business-to-business conference designed to engage and educate accounting professionals on the benefits of Xero’s software. The event features a main plenary stage, a large exhibition floor, and multiple breakout rooms and stages. With around 3,000 attendees from across the United States, it brings together professionals for two days of learning and networking. I was responsible for managing the physical installation of the exhibition floor and providing on-the-ground technical and production support to the Sydney-based production team.
