For Google Cloud Summit 2025 in London, Kimber led production management and technical delivery across nine live conference rooms running in parallel. The role sat at the intersection of content, technical infrastructure, and on-the-ground delivery, ensuring every room ran safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

As Production Manager, Kimber coordinated AV, staging, show flow, and crew across all nine spaces, managing keynotes, panels, breakouts, and workshops. Alongside owning his rooms, he provided floating production support across the wider event by resolving technical faults, supporting speakers and moderators, and adapting rooms to last-minute changes.
