Yoto PlayDate London 2026 was a brand experience event for the children's audio technology company Yoto, staged at the brand's London home to bring its product roadmap and community programmes to life for an invited audience.
As Executive Producer, working with Akcelo, Kimber led pre-production on the show, including cost planning and supplier procurement for a giant, fully-lit scale replica of the Yoto Player built as the event's centrepiece installation. With Kimber unavailable for the live dates, he built and contracted a trusted freelance delivery team to carry the project through fabrication, installation, and on-site delivery.
